Root Cause Analysis

Idhammar MMS Analysis module provides root-cause analysis and other strategically important information using data stored within the system. Drill-down capabilities provide additional information to users.

Work Management Analysis & Planning

Set priorities and allocate resources using the Work Management module then print work orders or distribute workload to PDAs, Smartphones and tablets (including iPads). Identify spare part and external purchase requirements to estimate costs for jobs.  Use the Workload Planner to select a range of Tasks and confirm that there is sufficient material and labour to undertake a job. The system helps to reschedule work based on resource availability and demand.

Performance Reporting

Demonstrate performance by reporting against Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Each asset can have performance targets set for it by an authorised user, including task start, duration, response time and completion interval.  Compliance reports are available for selection by different reporting elements including; initiation, completion, down-time and duration.

CMMS Dashboard Reporting

Idhammar’s MMS Dashboard  have been specifically designed to deliver real-time updates, with dynamic data automatically refreshed to allow decision makers to monitor and respond to operational events in real time. Large screen TV displays can provide even greater visibility across the plant.

Multi-Level Alerts

The system can be configured to monitor a range of conditions. If an exception arises, an alert is triggered which can be communicated privately, publicly or to a user defined group of people via email and/or text message. Each alert can be scheduled to notify different levels of management as appropriate to the severity.
