Integrated CMMS and OEE Systems

Idhammar's integrated MMS & OEE System shares a database, enabling asset details to be available via the OEE System. However, the most sophisticated and beneficial part of the integration is designed to improve communications to and from Maintenance Engineers:

OEE Stoppage events linked to Work Orders in the CMMS with status and completion details available via the OEE interface,
OEE Improvement Agenda plans linked to Work Orders to ensure that maintenance of key assets is prioritised, and
OEE Alerts directed to CMMS users, and vice versa.

For example, this OEE Stoppage event could be configured to trigger a Work Order (W/O) Request in the Idhammar MMS:

The operator simply confirms that they wish to create a W/O, or the default can be set to 'create'. The W/O can then be sent to the Maintenance Engineer via e-mail, or directly to his/her PDA.
