Productivity Reporting

'Labour Recovery' is a vital step for Continuous Improvement teams that operate in an effective organisation - and the Idhammar OEE System now helps manufacturing teams to measure productivity.

Productivity, or ‘Labour Recovery’ reporting enables the comparison of actual labour used within the process, with the established target crew size. Labour rates can be set for different skills levels so the reports provide an accurate Overall Labour Effectiveness score or OLE.

Used with Idhammar Systems’ data capture solution, the module allows crew numbers to be recorded as the production run starts, and also adjusts as necessary during the run.

Labour cost by asset
Labour cost by shift
Labour cost by product
Labour cost by work order

The ability to identify the labour cost, per product made, adds a powerful extra dimension to the OEE measure.
