Based in east Germany, the SCYTEQ Institute specialises in enabling companies to optimise maintenance strategy.

The partnership was formed in March 2010 when SCYTEQ approached Idhammar Systems in search of a CMMS software solution that the company could recommend to it's customers. Impressed by the design and fuctionality of the Idhammar Maintenance Management System (developed with maintenance engineers in mind), staff from SCYTEQ have since undertaken training in the full use of the system in order to be able to train their customers going forward.

The partnership between Idhammar Systems and SCYTEQ recognises that whilst a best of breed system is a great place to start when it comes to managing maintenance, the CMMS is a simply a tool - it's how it's used that counts. The combination of Idhammar's and SCYTEQ's expertise ensures the CMMS will be used effectively to improve, and reduce the cost of maintenance strategy.
